Do I need a pot for my candle?

Yes, our refill candles have been designed to be burned exclusively in our pots. Please do not light your refill candle unless it is contained in a Groves pot. Burning your candle in another type of vessel will affect the performance and safety of your candle.

Are your candles vegan friendly?

Yes! Our range is entirely vegan.

Can I request a custom colour for my pot?

Absolutely. Just add any pot to your order and leave us a note at the checkout! If you have a specific shade of colour in mind please send us a message via email or Instagram and we will be happy to help.

My candle makes a cracking sound when lit - is this normal?

Yes! Our wicks are made from rosewood, if you can hear the crackle of burning logs it’s just the wooden wick burning!

What is your returns policy?

If you have any questions or have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.

We will accept the return of an unused product within 14 days of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping). Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed.

Please return your order using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage receipt.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, and in their original packaging and condition. If not, they may not be eligible for refund, or will be subject to a restocking fee, at 50% of the original price.

How do I refill my pot with a new candle?

Once there is roughly 1/2" of wax left in your pot it's time to refill! Submerge the base of your pot into hot water for a couple of minutes. As the heat of the water softens the remaining wax you can begin to remove it with a spoon. Give the inside of your pot a wipe with a cloth and drop in your refill of choice!
